Shaping the Future of the European Economy
The Paris Economic Forum, organized by the HUB Institute, is more than just a yearly gathering — it is a long-term strategic platform dedicated to equipping leaders to navigate and shape the profound transformations of our era. Anchored in the belief that France and Europe must reinvent their economic models to remain resilient, competitive, and sustainable, the PEF mobilizes a diverse community of 300 top leaders, decision-makers, experts, and innovators for a high-level day of dialogue, anticipation, and collaboration.
Set under the unifying theme “New Rules, New Leadership,” the 2025 edition focuses on understanding paradigm shifts and building actionable strategies in response to technological disruptions, climate urgency, shifting geopolitical power dynamics, and evolving societal expectations. It fosters a triple perspective — business, public policy, and expertise — to ensure a holistic and forward-looking approach to economic transformation.
Six strategic themes form the backbone of the Forum:
– Geopolitics & Sovereignty, to strengthen Europe’s autonomy and resilience
– Technology, AI & Competitiveness, to turn disruption into growth
– Ecological Transition & Energy, to align sustainability with performance
– Work, Territories & Inclusion, to drive equitable transformation
– Finance, Consumption & Regulation, to adapt models to new realities
– New Growth Levers, including creative economies and digital inclusion
The PEF is designed not only as a one-day event, but as a permanent platform for influence and impact. Its ecosystem extends year-round through the HUB Institute’s think tank activities: strategic reviews, masterclasses, digital content, and an active community of over 90,000 decision-makers from leading companies and institutions. This continuity reinforces its role as a catalyst for long-term economic vision, shared intelligence, and co-construction between private and public sectors.
Ultimately, the Paris Economic Forum positions itself as Europe’s strategic compass in times of uncertainty — a place where leaders align on the new economic rules, forge the next generation of leadership, and shape a more sovereign, innovative, and inclusive economic future.
